Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms,” “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “Player,” “User,” or “Member”) and MBI123 (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering an account, accessing the website, downloading our mobile applications, or placing a wager on any of our products (Casino, Live Casino, Sportsbook, etc.), you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and unequivocally agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and all specific game or promotion rules.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the MBI123 platform and refrain from opening an account.

Account Registration and Eligibility

Age and Jurisdiction: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to participate in our services. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure that online gambling is legal in their jurisdiction of residence.

Single Account Policy: Each user is strictly permitted to open and operate only one (1) account. The opening of multiple accounts using the same IP address, device, household, email, or banking details is strictly prohibited. MBI123 reserves the right to immediately close duplicate accounts and confiscate all associated balances and bonuses.

Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process (including your real name exactly as it appears on your ID/Bank Account). Failure to provide accurate information will result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of withdrawals.

Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals

Funding Your Account: You may only deposit funds into your MBI123 account using payment methods registered under your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected.

Minimum and Maximum Limits: All deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits as stated on the banking page, which may vary depending on your VIP status and chosen payment method.

Withdrawal Processing: Before any withdrawal can be processed, you must wager the full value of your deposit at least one (1) time (1x Turnover), exclusive of any bonus wagering requirements. This is a standard Anti-Money Laundering (AML) protocol.

KYC Verification: MBI123 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, particularly prior to processing large withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documents (ID, proof of address, bank statements) within the specified timeframe will result in the cancellation of the withdrawal.

 Bonuses and Promotions

General Bonus Rules: All bonuses, rebates, and promotions offered by MBI123 are intended for recreational players. We reserve the right to restrict the eligibility of players for any promotion.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to specific rollover (wagering) requirements before the bonus funds and associated winnings can be withdrawn. Different games contribute differently toward meeting these requirements.

Bonus Abuse: Any player found to be engaging in “bonus abuse”—including but not limited to opposite betting (e.g., betting on Player and Banker simultaneously in Baccarat), exploiting software glitches, or using VPNs to mask identity—will have their bonuses and winnings immediately revoked, and their account may be permanently banned.

Prohibited Activities and Fraud

Unfair Advantage: The use of automated players (“bots”), artificial intelligence, external software assistance, or exploiting software bugs/glitches to gain an unfair advantage is strictly forbidden.

Collusion and Syndicate Play: Players found colluding with other players, operating as a syndicate, or utilizing irregular betting patterns to manipulate the platform will face immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

AML Compliance: MBI123 complies fully with international AML guidelines. Any suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the associated accounts will be frozen pending investigation.

 Intellectual Property

All content on the MBI123 platform—including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software—is the exclusive property of MBI123 or its software suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

Service Interruptions: While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, MBI123 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, bugs, or network interruptions. We are not liable for any losses incurred due to server downtime, telecommunications failures, or technical malfunctions.

Voiding of Bets: In the event of an obvious system error, human error in odds publishing, or a malfunctioning game, MBI123 reserves the right to void all affected wagers and refund the initial stake.

Maximum Liability: Under no circumstances shall MBI123’s total liability to you for any damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the preceding 30 days.

Account Suspension and Closure

MBI123 retains the absolute right to suspend, terminate, or close a player’s account at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we suspect a breach of these Terms, illegal activity, or if the account is deemed a security risk to the platform.

Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of MBI123 constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
